Today, the number of enterprises with state participation is 2,333, they operate in different areas. It is worth noting that their participation in the economy still remains high. In a market economy, ensuring the priority of private property is the main requirement.

Accordingly, on April 3 this year, the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers “on additional measures for the reorganization and liquidation of state institutions and enterprises with state participation” was adopted, which is another important document on the sharp reduction of enterprises with state participation. According to him, a total of 1 259 state institutions and enterprises with state participation:

Reorganization of 493 (282 as a public institution, 2 as a limited liability company and 209 as a branch);

The 766 were designated to be completed as scheduled due to being unpromising, inactive, operating at a loss, and having low profitability.

At the same time, within the framework of the decision, personal responsibility for the qualitative, complete and timely implementation of the work on the reorganization and liquidation of state institutions and enterprises with state participation was assigned to the founders (founders)of these organizations.

At the same time, within the framework of the strategy, the number of enterprises with state participation is set to reduce by 75% by 2025.
